Living with Courage

In a small group of 10 people (max), we will meet on Monday to create a positive and uplifting start to the week, over a virtually shared cup of coffee or tea. I’ll share practical tips, tools and give you exercises to complete over the week to anchor your learnings. We will also support each other as a group.
