Science has shown that regular meditation practice improves both physical and mental wellness. Like physical training, the benefits of mindfulness practice may take a while to be noticed. However, mindfulness is a valuable life skill that will help improve your wellbeing and change the way you experience life.
This is a weekly, open meditation group. The time will be spent practicing guided meditations, learning valuable life hacks and sharing within the group with other like-minded individuals. These are weekly group sessions, each Tuesday from 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm (Sydney time), over ZOOM. Sydneysiders are welcome to join in person in Malabar. Participants are encouraged to build a daily practice.
Regular attendance and practice will teach you how to –
• Live more mindfully and enjoy the present moment, free from stress or worry.
• Disconnect from the chaos of life and reconnect with yourself.
• Slow things down through choosing to live mindfully.
