Rise Coaching Circle

How Does It Work?

Joining a Coaching Circle is upon application. Members are selected based primarily on their commitment to doing the developmental work, which can be challenging at times.  Individual motivation is critical in group coaching as it influences the benefits that each individual receives from the process. The initial commitment is for four months. However, the groups can keep going for years.

There will be a maximum of six members in a Coaching Circle and the group meets over ZOOM for 90 minutes, twice a month, giving a total of twelve coaching hours. Face-to-face groups can be organised in Sydney.

Prior to starting, each member will be given strengths and drivers diagnostic tools and a 90-minute individual coaching session to discuss personal goals, which help inform the programme’s content.

During each session, Suzanne facilitates the dialogue, exercises and practical applications. However, much of the content is driven by the members themselves in the topics they explore and the knowledge they share. Reading and assignments will be given between sessions to keep the learning momentum going, as well as practical action steps to implement.

It is really a question of the more you put in, the more you will get out.

Additional services, such as Career Coaching and Phone-a-Friend support, are also available to complement the work done in the Coaching Circle. A 25% discount will be applied.

Upon completion, each member will have a 90-minute individual coaching session to discuss the results and finalise an action plan.

Who Are Coaching Circles For?

However, Coaching Circles are not for everyone. Groups are curated from the selection of motivated and suitable applicants, who demonstrate a true desire to grow.

The Journey

Following your successful application into the Rise Coaching Circle, I will provide you with three assessments to gather valuable insight into your natural strengths, drivers and leadership style, which in turn informs the direction of your developmental journey.

Before the Coaching Circles start, we will have a one-on-one, 90-minute coaching session to debrief the results, define what success looks like for you and what you want to achieve, which together provides the criteria to measure your progress.

The program then kicks off by collectively setting the agenda and goals for the first four months.  Using your real-life examples, you can expect to learn how to:

  • Define and build your professional brand. What do you want it to stand for?
  • Reframe your limiting beliefs to support your success
  • Find your voice and communicate assertively
  • Define and set up healthy boundaries and self-care practices
  • Stop being just the worker bee and get yourself noticed at work
  • Manage your performance in high-pressure situations
  • Reshape the mindset behind the feelings and behaviours that are getting in the way

The "outer game"

  • Lead a high-performing team
  • Illicit accountability without position power
  • Manage up
  • Clearly communicate your value to the organisation
  • Deal with difficult stakeholders
  • Give feedback and coach others
  • Manage conflict
  • Identify and nurture the relationships that will help you get the next opportunities
  • Establish work-life balance

My Role

I will be your “guide on the side” in our collective journey where your success is my priority. I will bring my extensive real-life business experience to the Circle, along with best practice neuroscience, developmental coaching and positive psychology.  I will also provide the tools, actionable strategies, comprehensive resources and useful exercises to help ensure you meet your goals.

Dates

The Coaching Circle will meet over ZOOM on eight Mondays, from 5pm to 6:30pm (Sydney time, AEST).

Career Coaching

Coaching is a highly bespoke practice used to help you reach your full potential and involves a close and confidential relationship between the coach and coachee.


Phone-a-friend

To complement the work done within the Circle, I offer “phone-a-friend” support, which helps you apply your learning in real business situations as they arise, thus immediately boosting your performance and confidence.

 

What Is The Investment ?

In addition to your time, participation in a 4-month Coaching Circle requires an investment of AUD 1,480.

This investment amount includes:

  • Three diagnostic tools to better understand your strengths, drivers and leadership style
  • Two 90-minute individual coaching sessions (one at the beginning and one upon completion)
  • Weekly exercises to apply your learning

According to information available on the ATO website, you can claim the cost of attending courses which increase the knowledge, capabilities or skills you need in your current employment. In all cases, we invite you to seek your own advice regarding the tax deductibility of this investment.

We offer a 25% discount for jobseekers and students. We are also offering a 15% Early bird discount until 31 August 2021.

Scholarship Opportunity

We offer one full scholarship to a woman who can demonstrate her commitment to her developmental journey. Applications close ten days before the first session.

Career Coaching
